Telecom, Tourism, and Ecology Scholarship 2024-2025

Yesim is proud to help support the next wave of entrepreneurs, ecologists, tourism, and telecom professionals through this scholarship. Offered annually, a $1,500 grant will be awarded to qualified students in accredited entrepreneurship or telecom programs.

Who can apply?

Future or current entrepreneurship, ecology, tourism, or telecom students are eligible to apply. This includes: High school seniors intending to pursue a degree in entrepreneurship, ecology, tourism, or telecom All students currently enrolled in entrepreneurship, ecology, tourism, or telecom programs at an accredited college or university in the U.S.

The Essay:

Help us get to know you! Submit an essay (600–700 words) explaining one of the following topics:

• How eSim Technology is Changing the Way We Communicate and Connect
• The Benefits of Improved Mobility with eSim Technology
• How eSim Technology Reduces Environmental Impact
• The Potential for eSim Technology to Transform the Mobile Networking Landscape

The Application:

Yesim will award a $1500 scholarship once per semester to a qualified student. Please submit your application for the spring semester no later than November 1, 2024. The winning student for the spring semester award will be notified on November 30, 2024, and the winning student for the fall semester award will be notified on June 30, 2025. Payment will be made out to the winner's college or university to help support expenses for the 2024–2025 academic year. Terms and Conditions of Application:

A committee of Yesim employees will review each submission and select one winner. All communications and submissions become the property of Yesim, which may publish on its site and other marketing materials the name and image of the winner, as well as the name of his or her chosen educational institution and the winning essay in full or in part.

Beyond that, we will protect your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting an application, you give Yesim the right to contact your educational institution to confirm enrolment, registration, or acceptance if you are chosen as the winner. You also agree to receive communications from Yesim regarding your application and the selection process.

No purchase is necessary to participate, and the process is not open to those who live in areas where it may be prohibited. Only one application per student. The scholarship is not available to current or former employees of Yesim or their relatives. Any applicable taxes are solely the responsibility of the recipient. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered for the coming academic year.
